I mentor and coach women in business through health and wellness with products that focus on root healing.  

For the past 15 years I have been a successful entrepreneur with multiple businesses. Established as a regional "go-to" for many industry leaders but deep down I was tired, literally worn down & really moody (especially to those I loved most). I knew that something in my body, mind, and soul was off. 

I suffered from day to day and just thought this was just how it has to be... getting older. Constantly struggling with tummy issues on the daily, troublesome skin, varicose veins, lack of energy and an out-of-whack thyroid. Naps were something I NEEDED and I lived on coffee, no matter how drained it left me feeling. I often felt empty and honestly just drained from life. I felt hopeless.

But then things changed! And certainly not in a way I was expecting! After much pain, tears, and many prayers, I learned how to heal my body! My mindset changed. I was able to be a PRESENT mom and wife, not a sick one. Not only that I was able to help so many others thrive in business and in HEALTH!  Now more than ever my passion is fueled to help others find health and/or financial freedom!  

That's really the Cliffs notes version of why I'm here. I'm not here for the ones who have it all together (nope). I'm here for the rest of you! Healing is possible! And grace is abundant... and it's available for you just as it was for me.
