A HEALTHY MIND, BODY, and SPIRIT. I believe they are all integral and the pursuit of Whole Health and can bring other things such as healthy finances, healthy relationships, HOPE, and HAPPINESS.


Here’s where we might or might not be on the same page, but we may not be as different as you might think. I am a full-on unashamed Christian gal, BUT I do accept and love you no matter what your belief system is, and this one thing I KNOW…. When you leave your spiritual health out of the equation, the rest is empty. We were created with a void that needs to be filled. There are many ways to fill our spiritual cups. And my goal is to help you no matter where you are or what you believe. Think of what I offer and have learned and share as a buffet…. Take what you want and leave the rest. 

Here’s a little secret most doctors never shared with me…. If you want to create physical healing at the root level, you have to address the 3 pillars of your health. Gut Health, Blood Sugar, and Inflammation. We have a huge global problem that goes well beyond eating habits and exercise. We have nutrient-depleted soils, GMO food sources, preservatives and chemicals that we are daily consuming on a massive scale. And it’s showing up in the increase in obesity, mental health problems, autoimmune disorders, cancers, and so much more. We simply cannot get everything we need with good diet and exercise alone. 

My approach as an imperfect person…. to be in MY best physical health is this: Keeping inflammatory foods to a minimum, not eating around the clock, practicing intentional movement, and using QUALITY supplementation to fill in the gaps. And it’s my passion to help others find healing along with me! We’re not defined by our weight, by our diagnoses, by our age, or how we look! We are beautifully and wonderfully made to thrive, but the responsibility lies on us to take the steps, friend! 

The mind is constantly in motion. It’s either in positive motion or negative motion. Your mind and body are powerful allies. How you think can affect how you feel...... But your mind can have a positive effect on your health, too. Having a positive outlook on life will definitely help you better handle pain or stress and stay healthier than someone who is less hopeful or more negative. Have you ever noticed a shift in your day when you start off with a positive mindset as opposed to when you start off in a negative mindset. You can learn to change your thoughts! It’s one of the things I coach people on!
